may somebody clarify on this circuit,i plan to use this LEM current transducer
but i cant seem to understand how this circuit is being designed.

i understand the voltage regulator circuit, supplying to the transducer, but
    for output,

what would be the output of 1n4004 in parallel.

    pls help.

The reverse biased 1N4001 is there to prevent output X1-2 from going negative. It is needed because R11 is such a high value that a significant negative voltage could develop across it because of the reverse leakage from D1.

so, from what i initially assumed
is it not a rectifying arrangement for a dc output?

And output of lts-25np is ac or dc?

    tq in advance
