Ok, I got it working. Pin 4 is definitely showing oscillation now.

New Rev4.4 I just changed a few things.

Edit: I still don't understand why this downloads as a .txt file? I probably have to .zip it.

Ok, I have added the HV of the transformer. Looks like 2.8kv plus and minus.

I still need to include the audio, I will then I will repost. The simulation doesn't look the same as the original. But at least it' s something.

 

Post #167 I had the MosFets Source Grounded and had the wrong value for L5.

I have corrected them.

 

So, I have it running in LT Spice.

Hey KV, while not LTSpice or your specific circuit, I found a paper that might help with your project. It explains some theory of what is happening in the plasma speaker circuit. It is a high voltage "class D" amplifier, in the way it works. Hope this helps.

 

I could use all the help I can get, I'll put this on a development board first, then if all is ok, I'll put it together.

I have until Christmas to make 2 of these, for some friends of mine. One is a Aerospace Machinist and the other a Master Electrician, software integrator. The more detail I can offer them will be good.
