Are you sure you want an ls192? When I looked it up at Mouser, I got a Quad Differential Line Driver. It has 4 independent blocks that selects one of two lines to be high depending on the input.

    LS192 is what OP means.

How could you know what the OP means? Are you communicating with him/her?

BTW, how do you get a Quad Differential Line Driver to count? Because I don't see how it can count.

I think what the OP meant was 74LS192.

Because I took the time to try to understand his/her question and found that the question made sense if the subject was an up/down counter like the LS192's described in the attached datasheet.

And BTW, if you felt that I was criticizing your answer, I was not. And I find your response to my post offensive.

I'm sorry you felt that way because I wasn't trying to be offensive. When I look on Mouser, all I saw for ls192 was SN75ALS192D, which is a Quad Differential Line Driver. It obviously has a different purpose.

No problem. It's easy to misunderstand someone's attitude, and I apparently misunderstood yours. :)
