Hey everyone!

So I want to design some CMOS logic circuits for a bit of fun but im having problems trying to find common P-Type Logic EN-MOS transistors. I have found the 2N7000 which appears to be a "typical" Logic MOSFET but like I just said, cant find any P-types in a nice through hole package.

I have looked in farnell etc using all the search criteria but all I find are SMD's :/

Anyone know of some? Preferbly Bill?
