    Hi

I have an ongoing project that includes the measurement of the impedance of a capacitive piezoelectric material for a frequency range of 1-500Khz. The measurement must be done remotely using a NI DAQ installed on a PC controlled via a remote desktop software. I have read up to the middle the Agilent Impedance measurement handbook and concluded that the Auto-balancing bridge method fits my purposes. However, before starting simulating-prototyping an impedance analyser from scratch, i wanted to ask if there is an IC/circuitry (apart from AD5933 - AD5934 which are limited to 100 and 250Khz) that does impedance analysis on this range of frequency out of the box. Generally i am interested in a low cost solution (less than 200$) with capability of interfacing it to a PC.

If there is no such out of the box solution, could anyone guide me through the literature (ebooks, tutorials etc)?

My specs changed and the frequency's upper bound is now 250Khz
