i was walking around my local electronics shop and there was a small game that says "play me" it has a handgun with no wires attached to it and you point it at the westerns that poke out and when you pull the trigger you get a nasty shock, i was wonering how i could make a circuit like this one. I have always wanted to know how to make one, i know it consists of a capacitor but i dont want to accidentally kill one of my mates

It is a shock wave emitter, pretty harmful at close range I think.
Still I would too like to know what is the transducer that is used to emit the pulse.
Any one has any ideas on it?
