Everyone needs to read loosies reply on the Electronics chat 480 volt thread. That is the most coherent and thought-out post I've ever read from him. No meanderings, no interpretation needed.

What gives??? You been foolin' us...aint ya.....;)

If all the leg's are the same, post a diagram to show what you are working with.
Having that difference in amps should show something in brightness.
Also be careful until you figure It out. Have you checked all the grounds
for bad connections.Let us know what you find.If every thing is showing ok
what brought the problem to your attention, what I am saying If the brightness
was all the same, why were you testing.Where did your complaint come from.

(just in case he deletes it ;) )

Do a little self evaluation before you take on the Loosewire, you have
task before you now.Where the cause of the problem, where your answer
to the problem.Leave the Loosewire to me.I don't need to delete anything.
I should post more and I will to please you,you are messing with the greatest.

The best "right" clock is always off a little bit. All the time.
