I'm looking for Diode D1N4149 Datasheet or other equivalent diode.
I can't find its datasheet in Google.
There's a possible that the part number D1N4149 is given to me wrongly, so is it possible for some experts to tell me what kind of diode is needed by referring to the schematic attached (D1&D2).

They really are common parts, they are also equivalent to the 1N914. Radio Shack carries both, as one part number. They treat them as interchangeable.

This is a very common diode. It is fast, but the odds are any diode will work in this application.

You can leave the first D off, then you get an 1N4149
The diode is comparable with the 1N4448.
I have attached both datasheets to compare them.
