Looking for bipolar junction transistor parameter

Hi guys

I am looking for a book in design using bipolar junction transistors with its parameters Hybrid Parameter.


I do not understand when and how to use parameters in a complex circuit. hfe, hre etc.



Another question. The early voltage of the bipolar junction transistor, without looking at VI diagram, how can i determine this value of early voltage
