You were talking about jury duty, that post was the other side of jury duty

When by a few points a D.U.I count go could either way, before arrest, before

a jury before a life is ruined. People still drink and drive.....the great deciders

like Bush would say..the jurors. I,m saying where would you like to be...treated

if you had a few beers.......it has become zero tolerance ,if its zero why blow

into the machine...you are guilty for a beer. Change the law to read zero...don't

play with livies....well maybe you are drunk..I am the decider..I can have jury

to say you are guilty.

Back on the subject ,long hours at work,tried....weary bones..stiff joints

tried eyes. A ticket and arrest could make a jury convict you for being behind

the wheel, for trying to make living and get by...you are guilty for being you.

You Impaired, you must pay with your time in court and maybe lose that job that

makes you tried and weary.

Well, so much about waffling. They have decided they don't want me around until next year. Yeppie!

Maybe I'll get my Christmas shopping done after all.
