:)Hello. I must write a 40-50 pages document about logic families. I must mention historical facts, compare different logic families(TTL-CMOS-and many other). I google <<logic families>> but I can not get enough material. Does any of you know a good site or has e-books or something helpful for my assignment??
:(
Thank you and sorry for my english

Searching on "integrated circuits" should bring up more material. There are two older families - RTL and DTL - you might not be aware of. Wikipedia often has useful external links for material.

Hello,

On this page you can find some more about logic integrated circuits.

(some parts are taken from the wiki).
You could also look at the links at the EDUCYPEDIA.
