How to design a logic circuit that will produce a HIGH(logic 1)output when

1. the input,represented by a 4-bit binary number,is less than or equal to 210 or greater than or equal to 1010.Thanks.

 

Your numbers don't make sense. Are you wanting binary 1010, or what? The 210 throws me.

 

This sounds like the LED Display covered a few times in the past weeks.

Put a flag out when display is <=2, or >= 10. There's another exact thread on this with a solution, forgot the title, as like this one, it wasn't descriptive, so it won't be easy to find.
