Load Resistance and Max Power

Here is the problem

I know the open circuit voltage, and the current and resistor on the other side of the terminal pair, but how do I go finding the load resistance?

Hello,

What is the voltage drop ofer the 8 Ohm resistor?
What is the difference between open and 8 Ohm load?
How many resistance is needed to drop this difference at 20A?

The "black cox" contains a ideal voltage (Vth) connect in seres with Rth resistor.
If R_load = ∞ then Vo = Vth
And now if we connect R_load = 8Ω
Vo = 8Ω * 20A = 160V so 20V is now drop on a Rth resistance.
