i need an idea about the lna design in the wireless application where it is most needed recently. or can i go for wireless medical implant communication services

I think the question is where LNA is used...in medical equipment,telecoms equipment..etc

Well LNA is usually incorporated @ the receiver end of most communications system. its basic job is to amplify the weak incoming signal without adding noise, thus preserving the required Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of the system
at extremely low power levels. Additionally, for large signal levels, the LNA amplifies the received signal without introducing any distortions, which eliminates channel interference.

..just my view anyway....

 

My guess is that if you know the acronym you know what it means. He might be asking how to design one, or he might be asking what frequency band he should be using to make a wireless medical implant. I really can't say unless the questions can be articulated in a more coherent way. I suggest simple declarative sentences.
