Lm2595 Input ripple voltage

Dear all:

Is there any problem if the input voltage that receives a Lm2595 regulator has as values of 2Volts peak to peak?

Is there any restrictions on the input voltage ripple ?

I have a 100uH inductor the input voltage is 23.4 and the output voltage 13.8.
