how to do the design..

we have 2 sine waves there is a phase difference betn them & we have to find the coincidence period i mean when are they both positive??

if it is >5ms- o/p of comparator should be high.
if it is <5ms- o/p of comparator should be low.
it has something to do with

"LM339"

"AND gate"
please tell me how to do it...

circuit deisgn please??

 

like we can do ... sine converted into square blocks then ANDED ...
