Line Driver Output

I have to read the encoder pulses from the Servo Amplifier which has got line driver output to PLC high speed input. Line driver voltage level is 5Volts and my PLC input is 24Volts. How should I interface Line driver output to PLC input?

In the Servo amplifier manual ( as attached) manufacturer has mentioned to use AM26LS31 or equivalent. Could somebody guide me how to proceed?
