I would like to make light following robot that I found on instructables

I made following schematic and would like to be absolutely sure whether it will work since for certain reasons I cannot afford to waste components.

 

Loki, if u are unsure of the schematic then why make it.

These things should be learned by u and only u if u really wanna do stuffs.

 

I have limited supply of components, If I solder this robot I won't have components for certain other projects.
As such I have no luxury of mistake so I was hoping for double check by people more experienced in electronics.

 

Why don't u buy a bread board.
This way u can use the components over and over again.

Bread board are plug in types, u don't need to solder.
