Iam currently doing a project "LED BASED SOLAR SIMULATOR" for which I have used CREE XPC high power LED's as the light source.
1. For soldering the LED's to MCPCB, I need a solder paste(Reflow soldering).
2. For attaching the MCPCB to a heat sink(one that is used in a CPU), I need a thermal paste/grease/glue.
Please help me in finding out the above 2 materials that is compatible with the LED's that I've used.

 

Google "solder paste price" and google "heat sink compound price". Or just seach at places like mouser.com and digikey.com . They also have links to the datasheets, for each product displayed.
