Hi Guys!

So I'm trying to design a scheme for my project and I'm stuck actually.
Let me explain what am I trying to do:

I have a tsp63020 dc/dc booster that converts 3.7 voltage from a lithium battery to a higher voltage and I need an RGB LED or various color LED's to change colors when output voltage varies from 3.7-5.5 volts. Let's say if the voltage is 4v blue light is on, if it is 5v - red and so on. I can't make it happen with only resistors, right? How can I possibly do that? Do I need some kind of microcontroller or there are other ways to do that?

P.s. PCB size I'm aiming at is no more than 10mmx10mm

Thank You for your help in advance.
