Why did you buy CHEEP YingYang (cluck cluck) LED lights where the only technical specifications are their size and weight??
They probably do not have current regulation. They are probably just a bunch of LEDs connected series-parallel. Their current is probably changed with the exact supply voltage, the temperature and the phase of the moon.
