1 - Can i use ABSOLUT LEAD FREE WIRE in production of resistor ??
2 - If answer is yes, Where can i find it in high quantity??

Hi,

That shouldn't be a problem. Most wire-wound resistors use Nichrome wire, which is an alloy of nickle and chromium. You may have a hard time running some down fine enough for resistor usage. You only run into lead where it is used to make connections. I think wire-wounds are spot-welded, so there shouldn't be a lead issue.
