I need help doing laplace transforms... I think Maple which I have will do them, but I don't know how to use maple either... Frustrated.
Can anyone show me how to work these ? Example..
Determine the Laplace transform for f(t)=+5e^4t+12sin 3t

Can anyone show me how to do this ?

    Thanks !

That problem looks pretty straight forward. What i mean by that is, if you look at a table of transforms, those should be exactly on there. You have to exploit the linearity of the transform (i.e. break up into L{5e^4t} + L{12sin(3t)})

Unless you're trying to evaluate the expression using the integral definition of the laplace transform.

Actually... are you tryin to calculate the bilateral laplace?
