I don't know how to determine whether the Power Factor is leading or Lagging. Please help

 

do you understand inductive and capacitive loads and how they lead and lag in voltage/current

The mnemonic we were taught was "ELI the ICE man." ELI - current lags voltage with inductive load. ICE - current leads voltage with capacitive load.
