    The question doesn't specify the capacity of the register. It is vital for the solution of the exercise.

    The statement say:
    Show the output waveform for a serial in serial out right shift register for specified data input and clock signal. You are required to shift 10 bits out of shift register.
    Assume that register initially contains all 1s.

    The Shift Register Must Have at least 10 BIT’s wide. to perform the task.
    Also you must take in considetarion: Assume that register initially contains all 1s.
    And This required to shift 10 bits out of shift register.
    You have Shifted only 3 BIT’s.

    Your should take in consideration these part of the statement.
    Your waveforms are about little wrong.

    I don't think that the shift register needs to be 10 bits long. It could be as small as a D-FF. However, we must know its length, in order to know the delay between the input and the output datastring.
