answering myself.

there is a possible solution, should not print using the default printer to PostScript document, you must use Plot - Plot Foormat - Postscript.

this solves my problem, I read that the layer components, move a few thousandths, that should be considered as the case

 

Gimp has played a major role in my use of toner transfers. I don't know if it applies in your case.
