So I am trying to figure out how to start solving this circuit with KCL, KVL and Ohm's Law. I understand all of the steps of each problem and understand all the references and everything. My hard thing is just getting the problem started. I need to find Vx. and I just don't have the problem solving part of this down yet and don't understand how to start solving this problem

I believe this problem was posted before, but I can't remember when. Perhaps someone else remembers.

My advice is to write any equation that gives Vx. Then work backwards to the sources. Then you can solve the resulting equations for Vx.

OK, I found the old thread with a search. Here it is. I guess you will be getting more help than we are supposed to give you without you first posting an attempt at the problem. But, it's already been posted, and theoretically you could have found this yourself. Hopefully you will use the information wisely and try to learn, and not just copy the answer.
