Hello,
I need some help concerning the design of simple CE amplifier.
I am using the BC107B NPN transistor and in order to determine the frequency response of the amplifier, I need to know the junction capacitances of the transistor, i.e. \(C_{bc}\) , \(C_{be}\) and \(C_{ce}\)
However the datasheets provide data only for \(C_{bc}\) and \(C_{be}\) .
How do I get the value for \(C_{ce}\) ? Can I just calculate it as the capacitance obtained by the series connection of \(C_{bc}\) and \(C_{be}\) ?
Thanks in advance
