    Revered Members,
I want the answer for the following question
Joule Kelvin effect is to produce
    a) high temperature b) moderate temperature c) low temperature d) temperature below 0.4K
I know Joule Kelvin effect is to produce low temperature by throttling process. So I guess, the answer should be either (c) or (d). But since specifically mentioned 0.4 K, i am confused.
Revered members, I solicit your help in this regard.
    Thanks in advance.
