when i use jk flip flop ic 74LS76 i cannot display the number 7. for ex: i want to display numbers between 3 to 7, i cannot able to display number 7. what is the reason.....

Maybe it is because a 7 requires 3 bits and the part only has two Flip-flops. Think about this for a moment and rephrase your question.
