Isolating and measuring Periodic Jitter component

    Hi all,
    I want to isolate PJ component of a serial differential signal and measure it in Agilent Real Time Scope (Infinium-DSO81304B). I have a differential probe and the EZJit software installed on the scope. I want to use a simple method, like eliminating ISI by transmitting 101010...pattern, or applying "average" math function on the waveform to eliminate RJ.
