Nice one, I didn't know about the tiny bit of green. Here's a neon spectrum from that Wiki page;Thinking back to my undergrad physics lab, I think neon produces a couple of green lines (and even perhaps blue?) that you can filter to just let the green pass. Also, isn't the spectrum of neon smeared pretty widely across the red-orange and even yellow part of the spectrum?
