If you wish to be certain that you are obtaining genuine International Rectifier parts, then only buy directly from International Rectifier sales, or their authorized distributors.

International Rectifiers' website index is here:
http://www.irf.com/site_index.html
Click on the "Distributors" link on the left to start your search for a sales office or authorized distributor in your area.

Counterfeit components are a real problem, and are becoming all too common. If a low price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

It does not have the IγR logo on it, so NO it's not an offical IR device.
It has the logo IγR on the center of the mosfet. Look at well.
The IR has stop to manufacture this item since 2007, so we try to find from stock.
The prixe is 2.6$/pcs from Ebay.

YOU look at it well. IF you were sure it was from IR then WHY? are you here asking if it is 'real'?

Your concern for authentication, changed to defense of your 'suspect' device, as soon as I mentioned the logo problem.

What is it you want us to confirm for you? If its a good enough looking counterfeit?

In that case, these may be licensed third party manfactured.

Only one way to know for sure if they will work for you. Try it.
