    original problem = x'+y'+xyz'

    my steps
    y'+xyz' reduces to y'+xz'

    and x'+xz' reduces to x'+z'

therefore my answer is x'+y'+z' ?

Well, ask if your answer seems equivalent in light of the earlier problem you posted. In order for the answer to depend on the term xyz', the first two terms have to be False, meaning that both x and y have to be True. But if x and y are both True, then the term xyz' is equivalent to z'. So, yes, it makes sense that your answer is correct.

The steps you took to arrive at your answer are correct, as well.
