Is this a parallel or series RLC?

supposed to find current through inductor at all values of t.
not sure which alpha to use. this probably a really common question, but I don't know what to do with it. please help!

We certainly can't help you with which alpha to use since you give no indication what "alpha" even is.

Instead of trying to pick which memorized formula to throw at the problem, how about taking a shot at actually analyzing it?
