I'm looking for simulation of ATBTLC1000. Which simulator can do this. Only soft simulation without any kit or any other physical interfaces. This is because I want to know the performance of my design before going practically.

Any simulator will need a model for the IC. Try the manufacturer's web-site or do some googling for "ATBTLC1000 spice model". Not all ICs have models available.

Have you tried using Fritzing or Proteus 8?

 

You will not be able to simulate this complexity in a single simulation. You would need to breakdown the part into smaller parts, but even so microprocessor generally do not have SPICE or other simulation capabilities, it is mostly done through datasheet specs and applying them in whatever way you want.

I expect you idea is more proprietary so without more information there is not much anyone can do.
