Is there a type of RAM IC with no column access delay?

Hi everyone. I've been searching everywhere for but keep turning up nothing. I'm looking for a type of RAM integrated circuit that allows access to any memory address without that pesky column access delay.

I know SRAM does this, but it can be expensive. Is there another type that'll do the job?
