Is there a circuit to measure entropy?

    Does there exist a circuit that can measure the entropy of another circuit?

    All circuits measure of entropy. When they finally fail, the measurement is over.

    What does entropy mean in relation to a circuit? I'm not even sure if you mean thermodynamic entropy or information entropy.
