Any ideas or schematics that could be looked at? Or just general theory?

I think that this is wired, not wireless isn't it?

Or do you think that the phones will still interfere?

The wiring will act like a big transmitting antenna. Maybe not enough to interfere, but caution is recommended.

It is meant to be wired.

I need to bring cell service (verizon) into a dead spot where other options such as the network extender and a large external antenna are not viable options

The thing is, you will be able to bring the signal to the phone, but you will also need a way to take the transmitted phone data and get it to the outside world.

    Hi

If the signal was duplex and the other end of this 'circuit' was in an area of good reception, wouldn't it work as if I was in an area of good signal?
