IRFR310, IRFU310, SiHFR310, SiHFU310

    Hi, all

    I am trying to find these spice models, but I could not find them.

    These power MOSFETs are manufactured by VISHAY and I contacted them, let them know that it seems these parts do not have spice models. In addition, I asked them if they know where I can find them.

    In response, they said since these parts are legacy, therefore the spice models exist.

    They did not tell me where I can find the spice models, but kept saying the spice models exist.

    Does anyone know where to find these spice models ? Can anyone point me to the right direction ?

    Intusoft's ICAP/4Rx Power Deluxe library has a model for the IRFR310.

    Neither the library nor the model is available separate from the package.

    Apparently, they have some demo versions available, but I have no idea if that model is in any of their demo versions.

    thanks for the reply.

    I went to see the files, but it looked like they were not spice models. Basically, they made excel spreadsheet to list the parts such as description, manufacturer, etc.

    Basically, they were irrelevant. It was not something that I was looking for.

    While spice simulation is far from new there just aren't going to be models for everything, often one has to g=find whatever is the closest and use that.

    I've got the same problem inmy PCB design & layout program, the libraries are limited and sometimes you've got to create your own for a particular component.

    I already looked through Vishay website to find similar models, but it does not seem like they have what I am looking for.

    I decided to go IRF730 since I could find a spice model as well as it is close to IRFD310.

    However, I still want to have IRFD310 spice model since IRF730 have different package.

    Anyway, please let me know if you find something similar.

    I've already told you where you can get the model.

    Try downloading a demo of Intusoft's ICAP/4Rx Power Deluxe.

    I seriously doubt that you will find that exact model just floating around on the Internet.
