Hi,
Just like to start by saying hi, new member and already love the forum :D.

For my Technology product I am designing a iPod speaker dock. My whole design is based around the + and - for the volume control, I am currently using push to make switches for them but I realised the controller I am using is mono only, I needed a stereo one.

Could someone please help me, it's confusing the <snip> out of me. I need a volume control that works with buttons. I currently have the circuit between the speakers and the amp if this helps. Also, I am a bit of a noob with circuits so could you please include instructions on how to actually make it work or a schematic and PCB layout with a parts list or something. Ideally I would like to use strip board as it's easy to hand but I could make a PCB, it's just more difficult for me to do.

Any help would be appreciated, I really need to get this working soon, sorry if I explained bad or is to confusing.

P.S. sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Thanks.
