i have converted my ups as an inverter that i use when i have light out by changing the battery of 12v 7ah to a car battery of 12v 90ah
the circuit is using three ICs (cd 4093bcn)and four power mosfets that can take up to 600watts and am trying to add some mosfets in paralell to increase the power to 1000watts or even more,am wondering if the driver can drive well the mosfets.please help

Are these Mosfets being driven by the 4093s?
    What MOSFETs are in there?
    What's the switching frequency?
Is this one of these mini-UPSs with 12V/60Hz transformer (the bulky one)? If it is you also need to consider the transformer rating and actually everything else you want to push more power through, not just the MOSFETs.

And what is the transformer rated at?
edit: I now see he covered the transformer issue in the post above

Be sure to check that the mains side is isolated from the battery side, some are not & may bite you later. I have one that isnt isolated.
