That's an enormous request from an new forum member! Welcome, BTW.

You'll need to provide many more details to get useful help. A sample schematic, for instance. But at least other info like battery type and capacity, a description of the load (can it tolerate square wave output) and much, much more.

Unless you're skills are much greater than implied by the lack of detail in your brief request, you'd be MUCH better off to just go buy what you need. In fact, even if you're a pro, the DIY solution will cost more than buying a commercial product. It would thus help for you to explain why you want to make your own.
