Inverter oscillator in MK152

    Hi,

    I built the MK152 Kit and would like to know the formula that is used to calculate the frequency of the inverter oscillator. In the schematic of the MK152 Capacitor C2 = 1 uF, R1 = 470 K, R2 3.3 M, and C1 = 10 nF.

    The circuit arrangement in for inverter oscillator in MK152 is different than other circuits that I have previously seen. I used my scope and while the push button is pressed the pulse frequency is around 48 Hz and when the PB is released the frequency starts to decreased.

    Does R3 = 10K and R4 100k affect the inverter frequency calculation during slow down of frequency?
