Do the approach is like "handbook style" or a "textbook" style ? I prefear this last one.

I am looking for a RF theory book with a practical approach, and the table of contents you kindly posted seems to meet the requirements.

It is written for an amateur radio audience rather than an engineering audience. It is an introduction, so if you know nothing about RF it is a good place to start. If you already know basic electronics and you are ready to move on then probably you should save your money and continue looking.
