I am facing problem when i interface the microcontroller output pulses with the thyristor of the power circuit, which controls the output voltage. I tried by using a pulse transformer for the isolation of the uc from power circiut. But the output of the pulse transformer are not able to trigger the SCR. So what are the relevant circuits which can be used to fire the SCR as well as providing the isolation. Need help..thank you..
