the cops are going naked to catch them now,male and female. its all legal.

in the news yesterday. pawn shop tried to get me to buy used camera,they have

a scam,they say they have there camera on e-bay. can you see someone waiting

for e-bay used camera after giving pawn shop 200.00 dollars and they say trust me.

You should be able to get a pretty decent second hand camera for 200 bucks. It's best to work out what features you want rather than how much you want to spend, it could end up cheaper that way.
I wouldn't try lubricating it, the salt (or sand) will still be there and any oil makes sure it will never go away and probably will attract more.
Depends where it is, but if you can safely get the corner of a piece of paper in there without risking it getting stuck, you might be able to move it.
