i want to get the telephone ringer to trip when i call up the phone and whistle into it. could some give me a circuit for tripping the telephone ringer when the telephone is rang and immediately a whistle tone is sent before it rings?i do not want the telephone to ring when a tone is sent.any ideas? please help.

I must say they are not friendly.
They are talking about the latching circuit not telling what it is.(just to buy their pcb).
Without this info it is not clear how it works.

thank you gentlemen! for your replies. could some one tell me how to delay a ringer(ringer delay circuit) in a telephone.i.e,when the distant telephone is called the telephone must be delayed for 30seconds.any ideas.
