how to produce a constant rotating field by application of alternating currents to stator armature of a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor

 

No hope, you can't get more than you start with. all voltages will be essentially the same phase.

 

Perhaps samszeto2011 was simply wanting to understand the method by which a rotating field is produced in a typical 3-phase induction motor.
