Increasing Oscillator Frequency of SST89E516RD

Hi,

I am working for an 8051 project and just thought of increasing speed of it.
I saw datasheet and found that it can support till 33Mhz.

So Can anyone please guide me the frequency? I am trying to search of 16MHz crystal oscillator but I am not getting actual frequency which will also satisfy the Serial communication's baud rate requirements.
